These highly valued awards, kindly sponsored by Sir Ray Tindle of the Haslemere Herald, are to be presented to those who have given outstanding service to the community and people of Haslemere. The Service to Haslemere Award is open to anyone and nominations are welcome from local organisations, members of the general public or anyone who has cause to celebrate someone who has done something fantastic for the Town or any of its people.

If you know of outstanding service to the community or people of Haslemere, please complete the form having downloaded it from here, telling the committee why the person nominated deserves to be recognised with this award, and getting it endorsed by someone else who knows them.

The Haslemere Awards Board will start the process to select recipients of the award twice each year firstly for awards in December and then again for May. The committee, made up of representatives from Tindle Newspapers Ltd., The Volunteer Centre, The Town Council and the Rotary Club of Haslemere, will be led by an independent Chairman.
